Uh-oh. Has Teflon Hillary’s non-stick coating FINALLY worn off?
The Russia probe into alleged ‘Russian Collusion’ with President Trump’s camp has targetted known questionable characters, Paul Manafort, Michael Flynn, Carter Page, and on unknown until this investigation, George Papadopoulos.
CNN has a whole section of their website (gleefully) dedicated to it.
What isn’t being reported is the known ties and questionable connections of the Democrats — specifically one Hillary Rodham Clinton and her role as Secretary of State during the Uranium One deal with Russia.
And Bill’s Big Payday for his speech in Moscow at the same time.
And the Podesta connections to Putin energy company, Joule Unlimited.
This puts the big ol’ ‘Russian Reset’ silliness and Barry’s famous ‘hot mic’ moment with Medvedev into new light, doesn’t it?
But the jig just might be up for the Dems.
Attorney General Jeff Sessions directed senior federal prosecutors to evaluate “certain issues” requested by congressional Republicans, involving the sale of Uranium One and alleged unlawful dealings related to the Clinton Foundation, leaving the door open for an appointment of another special counsel.
“The Attorney General has directed senior federal prosecutors to evaluate certain issues raised in your letters,” Assistant Attorney General Stephen Boyd wrote.
“These senior prosecutors will report directly to the Attorney General and the Deputy Attorney General [Rod Rosenstein], as appropriate, and will make recommendations as to whether any matters not currently under investigation should be opened, whether any matters currently under investigation require further resources, or whether any matters merit the appointment of a Special Counsel,” Boyd wrote.
Watch the Fox News report with Martha McCallum:
Donna Brazile’s claims that Hillary rigged the primary and was exerting a controlling grip on the DNC that was left penniless after Barry’s run is pretty disturbing for our trust in political institutions.
But really didn’t surprise many conservatives.
It has, however, shamed the Media (D) to (reluctantly) examine their beloved Democrat party.
As the Russia probe unfolds, it seems that the preponderance of evidence is on the Democrat side, not the Republican, though the Media (D) is slow to report this.
If Attorney General Sessions opens up a probe, however, they’d be forced to report the real ‘Russian Collusion’ story.
The letter specifically mentioned allegations related to the FBI’s handling of the Clinton email probe, including allegations that DOJ and FBI “policies or procedures” were “not followed in connection with, or in actions leading up to or related to” then-FBI Director James Comey’s public announcement to close the Clinton email “matter” on July 5, 2016, or the letter he sent lawmakers on October 28, 2016, about newly discovered Clinton emails, and that those “investigative decisions were based on improper considerations.”
